As board president, do you see yourself as “leading” your team to success or do you feel that you are just “managing” the month-to-month board activities? In this session we will look at the principles and qualities of leadership, various leadership styles, and examine case studies in leadership. Participants will work in small groups to assess their own perceptions and expectations of leaders, and will leave this session with concepts to help develop the leadership style that works best for them.
