Implicit Biases: Everyone Has Them

Research affirms that we all have inherent biases. Research also reports that inherent biases are due to subconscious images that we see throughout the day, but never process. In this discussion, the presenters will define inherent biases, guide participants to self-awareness by helping participants understand the root of their inherent biases, and provide resources to identify them.
