More than 20 years of research reports that when administrators and teachers, management and labor, board of education, administrators, teachers, and support staff collaborate, the results include increased student learning/achievement and healthier climates for students, staff, and all stakeholders. In this session, participants will hear from New Jersey districts who are using collaborative practices, and learn how to join the N.J. Public School Labor Management Collaborative.
