Making Mathematics Meaningful for the 21st Century Learner

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This session will highlight the shift in mathematics from solving problems to applying concepts. Since students today have access to resources that can give them the answers, the new goal is to develop independent learners who can analyze information and make informed decisions. Topics discussed will include the incorporation of technology, real-world examples that are relevant to the students, and how to make the shift with your staff.
