Workshop 2018

The Howell Township school district provides an in-district program for students with significant behavioral disabilities, the C.H.A.N.G.E program, which has successfully served middle-school students from Howell and neighboring school districts in the least restrictive environment for over 15 years. This presentation will provide other districts the opportunity to learn how to develop, implement and sustain a similar special education program. Topics discussed will include budgeting, scheduling, identifying appropriate students, staffing, programming and cost savings/revenue.
