It has been said "inspiration is for amateurs." Innovative practice must be less of a spontaneous event and more of a practiced process. This interactive session will focus on protocols and practices that avoid group think, the creative paradox, and stagnation, all of which are symptomatic of a wall of chairs facing the board of education dais.
