Successful education foundations can provide additional and critical funding for their school districts. This session will spotlight the best practices of the New Jersey Education Foundation Partnership’s 2018 award-winning member foundations in the following areas: Working Closely with the Superintendent (Little Falls Education Foundation); Engaging the Community in Fundraising Events (Morris Educational Foundation); Providing Programs that the District Needs But Cannot Afford (Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence); Developing a Relationship with a Funder (Freehold Borough Educational Foundation); and Achieving Excellence by Making a Significant Impact on the School District (Summit Educational Foundation).
