We all have to deal with a variety of personalities in our professions, our schools and at board of education meetings. Being able to quickly assess others' behaviors will help you to engage them in a meaningful way and encourage cooperation and collaboration as opposed to conflict and divisiveness. In this session, we will discuss ways on how to best communicate with others based on their external behaviors to facilitate a comfortable dialog and working environment.
