Enhancing School Safety Through Policies and Procedures

Attendees will explore policies and procedures designed to contribute to safer and more secure schools. Topics such as visitor procedures, access control, after-hours policies, and practices to engage vendors in the security process will be discussed. In addition, attendees will learn of free resources available to schools to enhance school safety, and will also be provided with suggestions as to where to find funding for security enhancements.
