Unleashing the Potential of Data Through Governance

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Data is the most untapped asset in most companies, private and public. The proper use of data can ensure school districts can properly receive and disburse funding, provide vital information for educators about their students, and provide communities information on their children. This session will discuss a model for building a data governance program so districts can begin to realize what data can do for them, and how a board of education can support that effort. The presentation will include example materials, cybersecurity best practices, and policy documents.
