This exciting program will use live demonstrations and videos to address the role of the board in the most common types of school board hearings, including HIB, student discipline, residency and Donaldson/non-renewals. Learn to recognize the differences between formal hearings and appearances before the board, understand the due process implications of different types of hearings, and adopt the best practices for conducting board hearings in your district.
