Too often, critical records are misplaced, destroyed, damaged, or accessed inappropriately due to the restrictions of typical paper-based filing or management of share drives and other computer components. This presentation will demonstrate how a formal document management system can provide a transparent and secure system to meet all regulatory requirements. Attendees will learn how to increase productivity, reduce costs, secure document storage with full audit trails, and create transparent workflows that allow school districts to share information only within the confines of specified security.
