Participants will learn about the latest trends in the New Jersey school health insurance marketplace, with a focus on consumer-directed high deductible health plans (HDHP) including Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). We will also discuss the mechanics and the pros and cons of alternative funding such as self-insurance, pooled programs/shared services, and referenced-based pricing.
