Boundaries are personal, professional and protective limits and guidelines that staff members should create and maintain to foster healthy relationships and protect themselves from any allegations of harassment or misconduct. Creating appropriate boundaries is crucial for school employees, who interact daily with students, as well as other professionals. This training is designed to raise awareness of issues and situations that may arise, prompt attentive behavior, and provide guidance for preventing and avoiding allegations of misconduct.
