Allow us the opportunity to share how Morris Plains has transformed our teacher observation/evaluation model into a meaningful and personalized coaching experience for our staff. This innovative practice includes teachers selecting an administrative coach, collaboratively developing individualized goals, frequent classroom visits, and coaching/conferencing sessions throughout the year. In Morris Plains we strive to make the relationship between coach and teacher both meaningful and relevant to improving practices.
