My name is Melanie Biscardi. Having been wife, parent, a classroom teacher (currently a Basic Skills teacher) for 17 plus years now and being married to a principal, I am proudly serving as a board member for Manchester Township School District. I have two B.A.s in Elementary Education and Communications. I also have my M.A. in Educational Leadership and have taught as an adjunct professor at NJCU and Atlantic Cape Community College. I want to use my knowledge and experience in education to help make Manchester Schools even better than what it is with my fellow board members.
